The Aniselytron belongs to the Pooideae, which contains two species of perennialherbs, distributes in China’s every place. The Beckmannia distributes inwarm-temperate regions and there are two species and one variation all over the world, one species and one variation in China. The systematic position of theses two generahas been disputed for a long tine.In this paper, the leaf epidrmis and caryopsis morphology, plus ITS and trnL-Fsequences were used to species evolutionary analysis of the Aniselytron andBeckmannia based with the conclusion in Flora of China. In this study, strongerevidence was provided to research systematic position of these two genuses.Light anatomical microscopes are used to examine caryopsis features of58species representing32genera of Aniselytron, Beckmannia and their relative genusesAccording to the structure of long cell, short cell and et al. we divided the taxa into4types and type III can be divided into3subtypes. Contrasted with the classificationsystem of genera of every type, type I are equals with the subfam Panicoideae; type IIequals to the subfam Oryzoideae; type III includes the taxa of subfam Pooideae; andtype IV represents the subfam Chlorideae. Aniselytron and Beckmannia should belongto the subfam Pooideae. As for the structure of Leaf epidermal stomata of Aniselytron, the Aniselytron should be a separate genus. And because the Beckmannia, Alopecurus,Phleum and the Chlorideae are ditributed in different types, the Beckmannia shouldnot belong to Chlorideae Agardh.Light anatomical microscopes are used to examine caryopsis features of58species representing32genera of Aniselytron, Beckmannia and their relativegenuses.According to the structure of long cell, short cell and et al, we divided thetaxa into4types and type III can be divided into3subtypes. Light anatomical microscopes are used to examine caryopsisfeatures of44species representing25genera of Aniselytron, Beckmannia and therelative genera. Three caryopsis types and eight subtypes can be recognized accordingto the fruit of a three-dimensional silhouette, mode of Caryopsis compression, hilaand stylopodium persistent or whether. Contrast with classification system, type Icorresponds to the Arundinoideae; the Oryzoideae and the Stipoideae, type IIcorresponds to the Eragrostoideae and the Panicoideae; and type III corresponds to thePooideae. Aniselytron、Deyeuxia and Calamagrostis hold together,It is commonlybelieved that this opinion. Beckmannia and Pao hold together, the morphologicalcharacteristics not have enough differents. With Caryopsis aspects, Line is notobvious. In terms of molecular systematics, Based on nuclear genes and chloroplast genesITS sequences,trnL-F sequences, with the Aniselytron and Beckmannia systematicanalysis respectiveiyues methods about NJ and Bayesian.indicate Aniselytron closegenetic relationship Deyeuxia, Avena, Agrostis, Poa, Anisachne,Aniselytronshould be separate.and ties of consanguinity with Avena and Poa. Beckmannia closegenetic relationship with Phleum and Alopecurus, support Beckmannia belongs toPoeae not Chlorideae and Aveneae. support Phleum and Alopecurus belongs to Poeae.
