Due to the rapid development in industry and agriculture, the environment and human health have been under threat as the increasing heavy metal pollution in soil。Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(EDXRF) is a fast way to test the heavy metal in soil, as well as a detection method for quantitative analysis, it has been widely used in the field of heavy metal detection, the experiment make the standard soil samples and soil samples that collected be the test samples by the compression method. The effect on the experimental result was evaluated by different soil particle size, soil compression firmness, moisture content of soil samples, the operating voltage and electric current of the EDXRF instrument in different conditions of the test samples by the same standard soil samples. Computer software has been used to remedy the matrix effect between elements by influence coefficient method and the fundamental parameter method, and then Provide the basis for quantitative analysis by establishing corrected standard curve。Finally, analyzed and evaluated the heavy metal contamination in the testing soil samples.
