As the abuse of antibiotics is more and more serious, how to detection of antibiotic residues quickly and easily is becoming more and more important. Nevertheless due the normal Raman spectroscopy to detection technology has convenient rapid and nondestructive. So the technology about Raman spectroscopy has high application value on the detection of antibiotics.This paper introduces the Raman scattering and surface enhanced Raman scattering effect principle, characteristics and the application and the mechanism. Through the experiment and the simulation software to analyze the Raman scattering spectrum and the relationship between the characteristics of molecular structure. Through standard and contain antibiotics drugs to antibiotics of conventional Raman scattering. Combined with simulation results of drug ingredients is theoretical analysis of monitoring results of interference. To antibiotics of conventional Raman scattering and surface enhanced Raman scattering experiment research.On the mechanism of action of surface enhanced Raman scattering theory analysis With different concentration of antibiotic solution is used to detect the Raman scattering.
