Cause of Raman Spectra used widely, it got some progress and achievement in the area of food festing.We analyzed Sudan, Sunset yellow and Amaranth, the three food additives with Raman Spectra, Obtain their Raman Spectra. Because orange juice and grape juice has low Raman peaks, it’s hard to identify. So use SERS to get their Raman Spectra. We analyzed the food additives’Raman Spectra. Get their main Raman peaks, According to the Raman peaks analyzed their molecular structure and the reason of their Raman Peaks produce. We detected some kind orange juice and some kind grape juice, obtained their Raman Spectra. Compare the Raman peaks between the last three kinds of food additives’Raman peaks and the juice’s. Analyzed the Raman peaks, whether they have the food additives mixed in them. It provides the basis for the area of food safety. |
