Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Navigation and positioning System is more and more widely used, because of the high-tech development in today’s world, GNSS System in the people’s livelihood, military industry, has a pivotal position in national defense; In terms of time and frequency transfer application.GNSS receiver as the only GNSS systems of signal receiving terminal is indispensablein time and frequency transfer with using the GNSS system.Because of Various types of GNSS receiver on the market and the importance of GNSS receiver, the external environment and the receiver itself the influence of some hardware condition makes the receiver in time and frequency transfer function generates a corresponding error, makes the receiver data will be affected by a certain precision, so the receiver calibration is necessary.In this paper, combined with the general administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine-global navigation satellite system GNSS receiver (time measurement calibration specification (JJF1403-2013), a related work, the index of GNSS receiver need calibration can be divided into direct impacts on time and frequency transfer parameters (the stability of GNSS receiver antenna phase center, internal noise leveland1PPS timing accuracy and stability, the accuracy and stability of internal time base frequency) and indirect effects of time frequency transfer parameters (cold start first positioning time calibration, hot start first positioning time, pardon capture time, capture sensitivity, tracking sensitivity, positioning error and precision, speed error and precision, the dynamic range including speed limit, accelerationlimit, height limit), the calibration method of each parameter were studied.As to software development platform, using high-precision SPRIENT GSS8000GNSS provide analog satellite signal simulator source for indirect calibration parameter setting corresponding satellite signal sceneconstruct GNSS receiver time and frequency calibration system, calibration indirect time and frequency transfer parametersand using the Novatel OEMV-3receiver enforce the whole calibration process.Studying parameters directly affect the time and frequency calibration method and way, recording, analyzing data, the paper puts forward three difference way based on the GPS carrier phase to assess the interior of the receiver noise level and selects GPSL1carrier to enforce. Using difference experiments to calibration the internal delay of receiver, The calibration of stability of receiver antenna phase is used by center ultra-short baseline field.
