The latest "12th five-year plan" of energy shows that the construction of nuclearpower in china will grow faster. Nuclear power plant site must be not fault zone, andrequires no active faults in the nuclear power plant a few kilometers within the6earthquakes never happened in the history of the site. Once the nuclear power plantcaused by the earthquake damaged, the public and the environment will be affectedby the release of radioactive accidents caused by excessive radiation. Seismic studiesin nuclear power plants is the basis for strong motion observation work, the purposeis to obtain the surface in the event of an earthquake changes in the structure andvibration, ground motion characteristics is to recognize the most commonly usedmeans. For nuclear power plants, seismic instrumentation system on ground motioncharacteristics (intensity, frequency spectrum, duration), affecting the scope ofseismic response testing, for research and development of nuclear power plantseismic methods and techniques, earthquake emergency preventive measures takento provide basic information.All structures on the earthquake-related applied research and seismicmonitoring for nuclear power plants are built on reliable seismoscopes record databasis. However, in seismic instrumentation systems, seismic wave signal picked upthe detection process, the accelerometer performance indicators accurate or not,whether the seismic industry for the detection of seismic wave model requirements,the final observation is directly related to the accuracy and reliability. It can be seen,for strong motion accelerometer calibration technique to explore, in-depth studytechnical indicators digital strong motion instrument calibration method, developed aviable digital accelerometer reliability evaluation method, has important applicationvalue.In this paper, force balance accelerometer to detect objects by shaking table test,combined with theoretical analysis, digital strong motion instrument technicalindicators and operational performance ratio measurement techniques were studied. Research work carried out in this paper is as follows:Firstly, in this paper, the state accelerometer research on the quality of ourcurrent strong vibration analyzer technology certification status for a more detaileddescription. And briefly discussed the necessity of the quality test of strong motioninstrument. In addition, a brief introduction to the development process of the sensorat home and at abroad, and to the basic sensor types and main principles are brieflyintroduced.Secondly,in three-component accelerometer based on accelerometer works andpendulum body mass equations of motion for a brief introduction。Thirdly,select the force balance accelerometer, vibration table based on theworking principle based on the development of the test accelerometer sensitivity,transverse sensitivity, linearity and other experimental methods. Experimental resultsshow that using shaking table test accelerometer sensitivity, linearity, accuracyaccurate and reliable. Calibration method is simple and reliable, the experimentalenvironment is relatively easy to meet, high precisionFourthly, for "earthquake instrument system" seismoscopes equipment, suchas LC0015accelerometers and AC-23type acceleration sensor, a vibration tableprovides simulated vibration environment, to carry out comparative analysis of thesensor experiments. During the experiment based on the vibration table, the twoinstruments have obtained a series of vibration records. Compared with thewaveform, the acceleration amplitude comparison. The results showed that themaximum acceleration amplitude difference of error of less than2%, and thewaveform characteristics of the basic approach, which shows two good consistencybetween instruments. While non-uniformity of the instrument mechanism is analyzed,a brief introduction conformance test methods and proposed based on theconsistency of uniaxial shaking table test method.
