In recent years, with the emergence of a variety of complex network in life, It’s become more and more important to research on complex networks. Because the research on community mining methods has very important theoretical significance for analyzing complex network topology, network discovery, and prediction of potential law behavior of network data, the complex network of associations mining has increasingly become the focus of research. In this paper, complex networks of associations mining algorithms, and practical applications are discussed and experimental demonstration.Firstly, this paper describes the associations of complex network and Significance of Research. For a variety of classical societies mining algorithm, this paper analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these algorithm.Secondly, in the full study on the energy model, Proposed to use the energy model of mechanics for dig associations of Network. Combining Energy model with traditional societies modular division method, this paper proposed Community mining algorithms based on energy model.Lastly, Paper using the latest data in June2013of Wuhan bus transfer network for empirical analysis, and this algorithm is applied to Wuhan City Bus undirected weighted network model. Analysis of the role of network nodes and results of societies divided demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm and network modeling being based for network segmentation algorithm. And putting forward some suggestions for Wuhan bus system to further improve.
