Complex system is composed of several subsystems according to the specific way, so complex systems reliability is affected by the subsystem’s quantity, quality, type, and connection method directly. In reliability analysis, the ideal state of the system lifetime data includes two aspects:failure cause and failure time. When study the reliability of complex systems:on the one hand, due to the limited budget, time and the portion failure which bring destructive consequences, that result in system failure parts can not be accurately identify, and only result in system failure of components, parts failure reason are blocked in the system.on the other hand, because of money, time, then only a relatively small sample to take part in the test, classical estimation method is not suitable for this kind of situation, but using the Bayes method for system reliability comprehensive evaluation is very suitable. At present, the study of system majority vote was limited to parallel, serial, parallel,or a specific system, in this paper, the study about based on the minimum path description of general complex systems is more general.Parts in this paper, we study on the assumption that the life under the condition of exponential distribution, components description based on the minimum path and independent of general complex systems, using the maximum likelihood estimation method and the Bayes method to study its reliability. The results are as follows:First of all, under the masked data for composed of index components in series system, this paper gives its components reliability estimates.Secondly, described by the minimum path, an independent parts, components and life complex system consisting of obeying exponential distribution, shielding data is given under the complex system reliability estimate. Finally, under the gradually increase of the truncated sample Ⅱ, using the Bayes method, can obtain the reliability of the system under the square loss of Bayes theorem and EB estimate.
