Typhoon is one of the main natural disasters affect our people’s normal life, And itwill be repeated in China coastal area every year, Therefore it is important to prevention,early warning of typhoon today. Typhoon forecast business in China began in the lastcentury, and significant progress has been gained today, Especially in the internationalleading position has been the study of typhoon path, This has played a great role in ourcountry’s disaster prevention and reduction work. But in order to cope with differentcharacteristics of each year, people who in typhoon prone area need through a variety ofchannels real-time that typhoon movement, as much as possible to obtain the typhoondata, To ensure that residents can according to the typhoon movement in real time tomake prevention work.Based on the analysis of the original typhoon website and typhoon system, wefound that no one typhoon website and typhoon system platform has establish uniformtyphoon information display, compared the track of two similar typhoon and satisfy theneed of adding the typhoon path. According to the timeliness and accuracy of thedemand of the typhoon information system, we have built the typhoon informationrelease system which build a real-time updates and strengthen the analysis. The typhooninformation release system based on C/S structure have achieve the function of dynamicdisplay of the development of the of the typhoon path, display information of typhoon,typhoon cloud picture, radar information and live rainfall, and implement the accurateand timely of typhoon information system. We have improve the efficiency of thetyphoon forecasting warning, and save the cost of operations. The design of the systeminterface is simple and easy to operate, users can quickly operate this system.This article in view of the above situation, Try to do the typhoon informationrelease system test, In order to display typhoon information real-time and efficiently forpeople to use. This article from the research background of typhoon forecast, from thebackground that the development trend of the future, A detailed account of thefunctional requirements, the system implementation process, platform architecture,Then return to this system design, The overall scheme of the system design as well asthe goal and principle, Design of system architecture and database structure,And finallyachieve the expected function.
