The plant life history strategy have two trade-offs:one is between reproductive and other activities, the another is between the size and number of posterity. In this study, Hosta ventricosa as the research object, its flowering period the number of male and female gametes changes through seven different levels of fertilization treatments, a study to examine the impact of Fertilization flower gamete production and configuration variation of sexual allocation theory and the study of the breeding system to provide a scientific basis. The results are as follows:(1)In this experiment, with the increased of fertilizer, the leaf aera, plant height and the number of flowers have no significant changes. Results showed that the fertilizer has no effect on plant of these traits.(2) In the conditions of fertilizatio, the number of gametes it does not appear significant changes. Fertilization treatments have no effect on the Hosta ventricosa inflorescence allocation model.(3) The number of gametes Hosta ventricosa base of the inflorescence was significantly greater than the number of gametes top of the flower, the base of the flower and the top of the flower number of gametes significant difference. The position processing significant difference in the impact of the Hosta ventricosa inflorescence number of gametes and fertilization on Hosta ventricosa inflorescence number of gametes difference was not significant, fertilization and location of the treatment was no significant interaction.(4) The seed plants inflorescence number of gametes and the unseed plants of gametes has no significant differences. In the conditions of fertilization, unseed the top of the inflorescence flower of gametes number difference is not significant and seed inflorescence at the top number of gametes spend some differences, fertilizer and seed processing both no significant interaction.
