Reflection On Adjustment Object Of The Nature Resource Law

With the continuous development and progress of science and technology， the recklessexploitation and utilization of natural resources make the human into the plight ofdestruction. The establishment of the scientific outlook on development points out thedirection of the harmonious development with nature. As self-discipline of human beings，law must be adapted with the needs of the social ethical progress，which puts forward newrequirements to the exploration of natural resources.According to its function， there are two different values in natural resources: economicvalue and ecological value. The ecological value of natural resources is the inherent natureof all nature formed in evolution process， which the natural resource is being differentfrom other "content" in the most essential attribute. Double value attribute of the naturalresource determines the adjustment object of natural resource law.In space club， human and natural resources are independent and interdependent， havetheir own rules，mutual influence and role. It is "in the field of interaction between societyand nature ecological social relations". Initiative of natural resources and the humansubjective initiative are different， but we still can put both in the same field of thinking.We can also make nature resource to a subject position between man and nature. Becausehuman subjective initiative must be based on the initiative of natural resources and thewhole ecosystem. The relationship between human and natural resources is not the same asthe traditional relation people using things， also different from the social relationsbetween people.From the ecological point of view， human being can be the main body， because it isitself subject-people. And nature can become main body because it satisfies conditionsbecome the main body， initiative. It "could" become the main body. If it is in ancientbasic health of ecological system， it "is not necessary to" become the main body. But nowbased on the special needs of environmental protection， it is "necessary" to become mainbody. Only making elevate ecological system to the height of main body， can we trulyprotect the nature.Finally， by re-examining our land legal system， adjusting the object of land law，enriching the content of the ecological protection， we want to realize the sustainabledevelopment of land resource utilization.
