Metal nanoparticles is a common substrate material of SERS, it easy form cohesion, so usually use surfactant modified it. The presence of surfactant affects the SERS spectrum of raman probe molecules.In practical applications, we need to study the Raman spectra of the surfactant clearly. Aim at PEG-SH、11-MUDA、Ethanethiol, the conventional surfactant, in my papers at the first given the space structures of three kinds of surfactant and carried on optimized, then calculated the IRspectrum and Raman spectrum, at the same time given surfactant structure parameters and vibrational modes. Second, through experimental measurements, we get the UV spectrum、raman spectrum of three surfactant, then preparation of two kinds metal nanoparticles:Au-NS、Au-NRs, and measurements UV spectrum and TEM. Third, used three surfactant combination with two metal nanoparticles, and measurements combined TEM、 UV spectrum and SERS spectrum.
