The resonance effect in the micro structure of silver nanoparticles and its applications have aroused widely interesting and investigations. Now, the study of optical properties among surface plasmon resonance(SPR) has emerged as an active and an important area of research. Two kinds of coupling structure are proposed in this thesis made of Ag nano-spheres and Ag nano-triangles. One is the coupling between the localized surface plasmons (LSP) and LSP(LSP-LSP) of Ag nano-spheres and the other is the coupling of Ag nano-triangles.In this paper, the spherical and triangular SPR models of silver nanoparticles have first established by eastFDTD software. With the800nm plane electromagnetic wave irradiation, the field enhancement factor of double-ball-type silver nanoparticles and triangular silver nanoparticles have been simulated, and the change of electromagnetic enhancement caused by both of the two particals with different shapes has been discussed. The relationship between the gain of the electromagnetic field and the shape of particles has been also compared and discussed. The absorption peaks and transmittance characteristics of one-dimensional spherical silver nanoparticles array structure has been simulated, and the effect of particle size on resonance absorption peak as well as the effect of space of particles on transmittance have been discussed and studied.
