Ocean internal solitary wave is a special kind of internal wave which existgenerally in the ocean, it has the characteristics such as larger amplitude, alwayspropagate faster and so on.It typically propagates in only one direction with its shapeand speed maintains while it travels.Internal solitary waves are nonlinear waves. Forits great disturbance in the process of communication, it has an important influence onthe Ocean engineering, Ocean acoustics, Ocean environment and Ocean military etc.Therefore, there is a practical significance for us to observation, forecast, and earlywarning solitary wave.The purpose of this article is to design a monitoring and early warning system ofthe internal solitary wave propagation characteristics by using the ARM technology.This paper first introduces the ADCP technique based on internal solitary wavemonitoring and data collection process, and has carried on the ARM embeddedtechnology to realize the internal wave monitoring and early warning system formonitoring the overall design of the hardware system design features of solitary wavepropagation in arithmetic.The advantage of ARM is also reflected in the strong computing ability, smallvolume, low power consumption, low cost, high performance, and excellentperformance, smooth running operating system, continuous and stable operation andmeasurement data, interface gorgeous smooth.The obtained results show that, to carry out research of internal solitary waves byusing ARM technology,complex algorithm can be run, text and graphics processingdisplay synchronization, sound and photoelectric signal warning, comprehensivedevelopment theory research and technology development.
