The Qu9block guan3section of Huimin sag in Jiyang depression mainly controled by large-scale xiakou faults and Qudi fault, It is the typical fault development, fault block broken, the oil-bearing strata, a variety of reservoir types stacked complex oil and gas gathering area. Up to now, development of natural energy mining and water-based development, has carried out since1994, four injection and adjustment and pattern adjustment. Although used the waterflood development, part of subzone producing situation are unclear, extract is so difficult affected by the characteristics and the development of reservoir.This paper is mainly based on previous research, adopt the way that combined static with dynamic, to research the reservoir geology and reservoir engineering about Qu9block guan3section, starting from the aspects of geology, logging and reservoir engineering,to determine the sedimentary environment and sedimentary model.analysis every kinds of sandbody’s distribution, development scale, trending direction, enrichment position and the heterogeneous characteristics.Combine with reservoir characteristics and the dynamic condition of oil field, to futher characterize the development morphology of sand body, the characteristics, water-flood situation, connective of inter wells and vertical heterogeneity, classify to determine the relative enrichment area of remaining oil in east, centre, west. Determine the next well network deployment, the related indicators and development goals.The main conclusions are as follows:1. The sedimentary of the Qu9block guan3section in the Qudi oil field widely distributed are mainly about braided channel microfacies and central bar microfacies. The morphology of South East-North West to braided river channel is clear and the channel width is changeable, so it has the typical characteristics of the braided river deposition.2. The reservoir of Qu9block guan3section are mainly distributed in the high position of the structure, whose type is a normal pressure and temperature, medium-low abundance, shallow layer, medium permeability structure-common lithology heavy oil.3. The Qu9block guan3section enriches remaining oil in the high position of the structure along the faults, unperfect area of injection-production and cross well, also in the top of Ng3+4+5in the west.4. After the adjustment, the recoverable reserves can be increase by40.9×104tons and the recovery efficiency can be improved by7.6%.
