The airport deicing work is an important factor that affects flight punctuality rate, which is a vital evaluation criterion for air transport services. In winter, snow and ice lead to a mass of flight delays.It not only brings economic losses, but also seriously affects the reputation of the airport and the airlines. The airport deicing work must have the cooperation with airports, airlines, deicing companies, weather bureau, and it includes many uncontrollable factors, such as the size of ice, the strength of wind and emergencies. Therefore, the airport deicing work has been to be one of the problems solved. There are many literatures to study this topic, some researchers discussed how to schedule the deicing vehicles whose efficiency were highest. Others proposed some methods to reduce the vicious competition between airlines, which achieved the purpose of win-win.In this paper, we think that how to arrange flights reasonably with existing facilities, so that the airport can make full use of resources to gain the maximum benefit. We research carefully the whole process of the airport deicing and come to the airport’s gain function, then we propose the airport deicing queuing model, which is a hybrid queuing model with feedback, combining with the queue theory. We simplify and decompose the model and give the final model for queuing model of the two stages based on the real situation of the airport deicing, and every stage is composed of multiple parallel queuing model. After the establishment of the model, we use the method of queuing theory to analyze the model and solve the parameters of each stage of the airport deicing queuing model, and further improve airport gain function. At last, we set relevant parameters based on the airport’s real situation, and we analyze them in Matlab. In the case of certain facilities, we calculate the relationship between the airport gain and the different flight rate arranged, and analyze that how to determine the different flight rate arranged to make the airport reach maximum gain.
