One kind of negation in the classic set and classical logic cannot satisfy the needsof the development of information any longer. Domestic and foreign scholars put forwardnew ideas of negation in the field of information processing. However, their achievements areaccording to their respective processing needs of negation in their fields with no universalmeaning. The fuzzy logic FLCOM and the fuzzy set FSCOM cognize and distinguish variouskinds of negation in fuzziness knowledge from the essence of concept. In following chaptersof this paper, a study on related theory researches and applications of FLCOM and FSCOM isdemonstrated.In Chapter1, we describe the formation, the development and the research status of fuzzylogic, and compare the diverse logic-based methods which are used to process the negation ofknowledge in the field of information processing.In chapter2, we introduce the different relations of negation and their mathematicaldefinitions in fuzzy knowledge at first. And then we discuss the definitions and properties ofthe fuzzy set FSCOM and fuzzy logic FLCOM. At last, we compare the cognitions and processof negation of current typical fuzzy logics. The result shows that the FSCOM and FLCOM haveabilities and characteristics in recognizing and processing different negations and theirrelations.In chapter3, an infinite value semantic explanation of FLCOM is proposed. Based on thetheory research of the FLCOM axiom, each FLCOM axiom is λ-tautology under the G delimplication operator. The reliability is proved and some theoretical foundation to extend theFLCOM fuzzy reasoning algorithm is established.In Chapter4, based on the fuzzy propositional logic FLCOM and fuzzy set FSCOM, weresearch the formal denotation, inference and computation of fuzzy knowledge. We extendthe fuzzy and-or graph, turn the propositional formulas as state nodes, express the logicalrules as the search space, construct and-or graph of the fuzzy propositional formula. Wemodify heuristic function on the basis of the traditional and-or graph search algorithm, andgive out a method to process negation information in the process of reasoning, transformingthe fuzzy knowledge reasoning into the state space searching problem, and using the statespace searching to solve the problem of fuzzy knowledge reasoning.In Chapter5, it is a instance, application of the fuzzy logic FLCOM, about the assistantdecision-making in a financial investment, in which, the distance ratio function is used toprovide a true value measurement method for fuzzy proposition and its different negations, aswell as to provide a method to determine λvalue in FLCOM semantic model.
