China is a mountainous country and there are a lot of natural slopes. With the rapid development of the national economy, public and civilian facilities are well constructed, and there appear a lot of artificial slopes. In recent years, extreme weather events occur frequently, which greatly increased the possibility of landsliding. And the occurring of landslide events caused great damage and loss of life and property.Lechang Pule serious landslide group not only directly effects Jiufeng river and Longxu river, blocks and S248Provincial Highway, but also threatens more than3,000people’s safety. It could trigger mudslides and a serious threat to the four villages of downstream, cause potential economic loss of more than¥100million. Therefore, research of prevention and control measures on Pule serious landslide has a very important significance. On the basis of existing research, the main contents and the results obtained of this paper are as follow:(1) The geological environment background condition such as topography and landforms, formation lithology, hydrological geologyand so on of Pule serious landslide group is researched, and the conclusion that the geological environmental conditions is not conducive to the of stability landslide group is arrived.(2) Based on the analysis of the factors that affect slope stability, landslide triggering factors and landslide mechanism, the formation conditions of Pule serious landslide group are pointed out which includes the rainfall, topography and geological conditions, residents of housing and roads transformation and other human activities.The characteristics of Pule serious landslide group is revealed and the conclusion that the landslide group included three landslides which are large-scale or large-scale above is reached.(3)The stability analysis and prediction of the serious landslide group are researched, the transfer coefficient method of limit equilibrium method is used to analyze the stability of the landslide group calculated results show that:either the conditions lor2, the stability coefficient of the landslide group’s three slopes is less than the allowable safety factor, in other words,each slope is in an unstable state, is likely to produce large-scale sliding failure, which realized the stability analysis, evaluation and prediction of the serious landslide group.(4) The control engineering of Pule area serious landslide group is researched, the comprehensive treatment plan of "surface drainage engineering+anti-slide pile+cut slope unloading+lattice anchor revetment+vegetation restoration+retaining wall+monitoring" is put forward. According to the characteristics of the landslide, the specific prevention engineering is put forward targetedly. The technical parameters of prevention engineering is calculated and determined, the engineering design of prevention engineering is completed.(5) Aaccording to the characteristics and prevention engineering of the Lechang Pule serious landslide group, the landslide monitoring goals and tasks and the overall monitoring program are proposed,Completed the design of the monitoring project implementation plan. The monitoring includes earth deformation monitoring, ground deformation macro patrol monitoring, deep displacement monitoring, groundwater monitoring and control engineering stress monitoring and so on. According to the different states which landslides and slope in, planning monitoring system is implemented in two phases, which are the monitoring phase of construction period and the monitoring phase of the control engineering effect.
