Firstly, In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’model, we put forward an HIV pathological dynamics model which considered the humoral immune response and analyzes on the global asymptotic stability of the uninfectious equilibrium poin, The conclusion was verified by several numerical simulations. Secondly, according to different environments, We studied the optimal dosing strategy and the effect of several model parameters on it with numerical simulations. Finally, we verified the ability of kalman filter to fit the values of important parameters and status value under parameter error, process noise, sampling error; With the help of this filter, combinding the optimal control algorithms, we designed a Receding Horizon Controller for the HIV model. Through a lot of simulation experiment, the superiority of the Receding Horizon Controller in HIV control application was verifyed, and the main factors affecting RHC performance is obtained. |
