The non-relativistic energies of1s2nd(3≤n≤9) and1s2n’f(4≤n’≤9)states for the highlycharged ions of Se31+are calculated by FCPC (Full Core Plus Correllation) method,at thesame time the core-correction and higher angular momentum correction.Relativisticcorrection should not be ignored,because it’s important when Z is higher.Mass polarizationcorrections and relativistic effects including correction to kinetic energy,Darwinterm,electron-electron contact term,and orbit-orbit interaction are evaluated as the first-orderperturbation corrections,and the higher-order relativistic contribution to the energy isestimated under a hydrogenic approximation.At last,the contribution fromquantum-electrodynamics(QED) correction is also included by using the effective nuclearcharge.The experimental data on the higher excited state of dipole oscillator strength israrely,and the calcaulation of the oscillator strength is limited to the discrete spectral line,so isthe transition between bound state.The theoretical method has some limitations in highlyexcited states, continuous state and the wave function of energy.With the increase of theprincipal quantum number n,calculation difficulty also increases.In that case, the length、speed and acceleration oscillator strength are acquired,and using the extrapolation methodto calculate,results are included from the high excited states to the whole energy field.Itconsists of a domain extend to the theoretical study of the whole energy region. It is a reliablemethod to calculate dipole transition oscillator strength and density from any given initialstate to all discrete state of corresponding Rydberg series and continuous state of ionizationregion.
