| The Jiufeng mountain landforms is characterized by red mountain, peaks, secluded caves and deep grooves. This article selects the Jinhua JiuFeng mountain Danxia structure, on the basis of Jinqu basin evolution features, it analysize the Jiufeng Mountain geological back-ground,causes of landscape and tourism resources. It concluded as follows:(1)The Jiufeng mountain located in the unique tectonic position. The faulted basin was formed in the Late Cretaceous, followed by thick fluvial-lacustrine red clastic sedimentary rocks were deposit in the basin--the Zhongdai set of upper Cretaceous Period, constitute the basic of Jiufeng mountain Danxia landform. Later, due to the tectonic movement uplift,was formed groups NNE trendings, nearly north-south trendings of faults and joints, there are control the mountain trend. The red layer and fracture laid the material foundation of the landform development. Under the dynamic action of the watering, weathering and collapse, the landforms develop into super summits, secluded holes, different stones, deep valleys and other topography.(2)According to the hosting condition of Jiufeng mountain Danxia landform tourism resources, have performed investigate in the field. The survey found that Jiufeng mountain rock structure was mainly of sandy conglomerate, and they are thick-bedded layers, lump, hard and compact of lithology, weathering resistance, anti-erosion ability, constitute the main body of the Danxia landform. Gravels’s composition contains the rhyolite porphyry, ignimbrite; the occurrence approximation level, the morphological characteristics is mainly of "level top"and"steep body". Nearly north-south trending faults cut the deepest, and formate the famous attractions of Yinyang Valley and Baihua butterflies Valley. The differences weathering of lithological formate numerous Danxia caves.On this basis,using the SWOT analysize the Jiufeng mountain Present Situation and put development strategies about the scenic tourism of Jiufengmountain. Grasp the opportunities that the national policies to support the development of eco-tourism, and play an active in the scenic of high quality, broader market advantages, and overcome the adverse effects about weak infrastructure and a single product.
