The ascension of THz imaging quality has a great role on the application of THz。 Atpresent people have used many ways to improve the THz imaging quality, including use ofsub-wavelength cycle microstructure。Subwavelength microstructures has been paid muchattention to the microwave and THz wave band. Many researchers in the field of THzwant through the research THz wave in the wavelength microstructure surface reflectionor transmission characteristics to esign out some corresponding THz device.This paper first use THz time domain spectroscopy to research THz wave in thewavelength cycle structure surface reflected spectrum information. We find that THz wavereflection spectrum in the corresponding position of the resonant frequency occur red shifwhen the sample fill rate changest. At the same time in the resonance frequency positionTHz wave reflection is enhanced. We find that test and theoretical get structure areconsistent with each other,. We can use this feature to design THz filter parts. THz waveand subwavelength microstructure after interaction resonance frequency positionreflection enhancement, we try to design experiment.about subwavelength structure toimprove THz wave imaging quality. By the use of subwavelength microstructures of THzreflection imaging experimental research, we found that THz imaging quality is obvious toascend. with the use of subwavelength microstructures. That mainly displays in the imageclarity and resolution.The reason of imaging quality improve is that in the reflectionspectrum of resonance frequency position reflection increase and at the same time, thecorresponding model has certain bound ability and can pass and field coupling and willcarry details presented in the far field, thus make up because diffraction limit that causedby the loss of image information.Elative to ordinary THz imaging,imaging quality wasobviously improved with.the use of subwavelength microstructures.
