Nonlinear phenomenon often occur in engineering. Not only the condition of usualmacroscopic and microcosmic circumstance. It is difficult to excite micro material thatlead to the research of nonlinear dynamics in the microcosmic circumstance is moredifficult than in the condition of macroscopic. At present, it is very generally to excitemicro material by laser. Micro system can vibrate sharply with gradient force whichcaused by laser. Foreign scholar have designed the mechanical memory switch. Thevibration system of the switch which is nano-sized is similar to a flexible arch, and itsdynamic model is an SD oscillator. Therefore, the mechanical memory switch is aclassic nonlinear system. Foreign scholar only give a large number of experimentalresults, and it was not analyzed theoretically. So this article will analyze the systemtheoretically. The main content of this article is as follows:The expression of electromagnetic field distribution is calculated. Through theexpression of electromagnetic field distribution, boundary conditions and Maxwellstress tensor, the expression of bonding force about slab waveguide is calculated.The dynamic model is established by simplifying the vibration system of theswitch. The relationship of parameters and equilibrium point is determined by thebifurcation diagram which is plotted by numerical simulation. Then analysis therestoring force, potential energy, phase diagram, attract domain of the system. Finally,in the condition of time-varying system, analysis the bifurcation diagram, time historydiagram, phase diagram and the Poincare sectional view about smooth parameter, theexciting force amplitude and frequency by numerical simulation.In based on the analysis of the dynamics properties of vibration system and thecoupling theory of light and waveguide, it is realized that control the couplingwaveguide which caused by control the time of exciting to save the data. The purpose ofreading data can be achieved with the function of the frequency selective of the microring resonator and the differences of effective refractive caused by the state of thewaveguide. Reading and saving data are the two main parts. So realize reading andsaving date is equivalent to complete mechanical memory switch.
