Because of the shortage of fresh water, seawater desalination technology has beendeveloped very quickly for nearly half a century, distillation and filtering desalinationtechnology has become the mainstream desalination technology in the world, desalination hasbecome one of effective ways of solving fresh water shortage problem. However, as thetechnology of seawater desalination increasingly developing, bad effect to environment alongwith normal desalination can not allow to be ignored. Since long ago, direct emissions orunderutilized of by-product strong brine has brought considerable negative impact on theenvironment. Strong brine discharge has lead to local salinity increase. Also, waste heatcarried by the strong brine has been lost. With adding, in the case of global energy nervous,energy consumption brought by the distillation and membrane desalination is arousing theworld’s attention. All countries in the world are exploring the development of new energy andits good application on sea water desalination. As one of clean and renewable energy, solarenergy combining with sea water desalination and its vice industry is becoming a hot researchspot in the industry.This paper proposed the symbiosis model building of solar energy, sea waterdesalination and strong brine electrolysis process, expounded supplying power fordesalination and strong brine electrolysis process through solar photovoltaic power system,mean while, making full use of solar thermal energy on getting fresh water from the sea, andconducted system experiment after forming the equipment. This article designed theactive-fabric solar desalination device by analyzing energy flow of traditional disk solar stillsand analyzed the seawater desalination experiment process and results. This paper came upwith further optimize scheme of desalination device through studying the existing defects ofactive-fabric solar seawater desalination when it runs, and design a new generation of solardesalination device. The research worked in this article can provide a certain reference rolefor the subsequent study of solar seawater recycling and symbiosis model, and for the furtherdesign of solar seawater evaporator.
