Quantum information and quantum computing is one of the areas that attractsmost attention in today’s scientific research. Theoretical studies show that the superiorability of quantum computer’s quantum parallelism for processing information madethis interdisciplinary research is valued by many countries. The architecture of circuitquantum electrodynamics formed by the combination of superconducting qubit (onekind of artificial atoms) and superconducting transmission line resonator has attractedextensive attention and has been obtained gratifying achievements. This thesis mainlyfocuses on the theoretical study of quantum manipulation of an artificial molecularconstitute by multiple superconducting charge qubits coupled to a superconductingtransmission line. This thesis mainly includes the following four parts:In the first part, we briefly introduced classical computers and quantumcomputers, pointed out the limitation of classical computers on information processingand the great capacity of quantum computers’s parallel processing. And enumeratedsome popular physical implementation of quantum computers and their experimentalachievements.In the second part, we mainly introduced qubit—the basic building block of aquantum computer and basic logic gates—for information processing in quantuminformation, highlighted the superconducting charge qubits composited of Cooper pairbox. And briefly described circuit quantum electrodynamics based on superconductingcharge qubits.In the third part, we introduced two broad methoeds of generation entanglem-entin superconducting circuits, and described the microwave driven double resonant logicgate and microwave driven cross resonant logic gate. Mainly focused on the theoreticalstudy of cross resonant logic gate generated by several superconducting charge qubitscoupled to a superconducting transmission line. And proposed a scheme to takeadvantage of this kinds of technology to prepare Greenberger-Horne-Zeilenger state.In the fourth part, it is the main conclusion and the prospect.
