| Geographic information system (GIS) technology has been developed for a long time.With the rapid development of computer graphics, database technology and networktechnology, these had a huge impact and directly improved GIS technology. The demand ofservices based on the location such as vehicle navigation, personnel positioning, and trafficquery has grow fast. Because of better spatial data sharing, more convenient access and moresimple operation, GIS has become common tools for ordinary citizens to use by the WEB. Ithas been integrated into the daily lives of ordinary people, while there exits considerableeconomic and social benefits. Thus, as the most important information service providers,telecommunication enterprises should keep close with the market demand, change currentsystem and technology to provide rich functionality and diverse applications. At the sametime, it also should combine with the advantages of mobile communication technology andnetwork technology to establish a free platform and value-added services. Eventually, it willbe the chance and direction of the enterprise and industry transformation development.This paper is based on the discussion and research about the WEBGIS platformconstruction of company in order to meet the new market demand and commercial valueupgrade. Mainly to be discussed as the following points:(1) The paper is based on the own project. Under the premise of a clear business strategy,market demand and value orientation, the existing system has been evaluated. In thedesign process, it focuses on data management and access control. Especially, byestablishing two levels access mechanism, it could improve the access control management and share with other systems safely.(2) According to the requirements, by CDMA network and GPSONE positioningtechnology, the paper adopts the hybrid positioning mode to solve some problems inactual use. At the same time, it explicates the entire framework of communicationand interface design, including communication function method and parametersettings. Then it describes about the creation of map format and element, pathgeneration and spatial address resolution calling method through the client GIScorresponding functions.(3) In order to improve client map browser speed, the client tiles model is adopted here.Meanwhile, it is built by pyramid model and presents the method of database storagemanagement, establishment of index mechanism including logic block, a physicalblock and tile node coding. In addition, Ajax technologies work effectively in mapoperation. Since the construction of system needs a very good sharing mechanismand data management, it should be optimized through the Hirer management model.It is convenient for inferior units to manage hierarchical data, but also solves theuniform and overload of maintenance. By hook model and data coupling, it has theability to reuse map service and convenient to call rich business attribute from thebusiness library.(4) Combining with search principle, Geocoding technology and Oracle databasetechnology, it proposes the data of full and incremental synchronization andsecondary search method to improve speed and accuracy.In the planning of the system, through the integration of new technologies and modelimprovements, applications have been richen, client responses work faster, and datamaintenance has been standardized. Otherwise, by the analysis of the original system andperformance problems, the network and hardware also have been upgraded. Hybridpositioning technology and client tile model have successfully solved problems and passedthe test. It has entirely achieved the expected goal. Not merely, it could be expanded to workwith various systems and commercial value development. At the end, the project and itstechnical methods could provide the reference for related industries enterprises construction. |
