With the development of globalization in economics,competition amongenterprises have grown from single aspect of company to the supply chain inthe last few years, which result in the management of supply chain. more andmore applied to modern industries. As we all know,most of supervisors ofenterprise always were adopting traditionally some old management methodsor unscientific inventory ways to operate the supply chain. However, asconsumers’ attitude changed, there are increasingly people choose topurchase their consumer goods only according to their needs. Hence, weneed to use flexible inventory method to manage our goods, which caninduce to cut cost and get quite benefits.In this article, based on the seasonal demand, both peak season withmulti-cycle and off season with single-cycle are taken into account in thefield of inventory. we assume that the perishable products is no shortage inactual, we establish related Mathematical inventory model in this case. Themain content of the study are as follows:(1) Under the condition of continuous production, we establishpeak-season perishable product inventory control model. The transfer ofproduction state is entirely determined by the level of demand. The profitfunction of total profit is got by the inventory control model of continuousproduction in the peak season and it is found that when the demand ratefunction is monotone increasing convex function in the peak season, theprofit function has the specific nature of the overall optimal solution.Finally the algorithm of optimal cycle times is presented and practicalapplicability of this model is provided by examples.(2) Under the condition of continuous production, we establish off-season perishable product inventory control model. Production strategyaccording to inventory levels is made to guide the sales. The average costfunction is obtained by continuous product in off–season. At the same time,we introduce the defective density function under uncontrollable conditions.Finally, we analysis this problem and get optimal inventory upper bound and production cycle, which make the average cost minimize.
