In this paper, we study on the synthesis process of borate phosphor, three kinds of borate phosphor used for LEDs were fabricated by the method of high temperature. The main conclusion of the experiment are as follows:1、With reference to related literature, Ba3Eu(BO3)3:Ce3+red phosphor was synthesized by the method of solid state reaction in high temperature. Then study on the temperature method and doping quantity of the Ce3+are impact on the phosphor performance. The best synthesis process is:750℃, temperature programmed,0.1mol Ce3+.Ba3Eu(BO3)3:Ce3+red phosphor was synthesized by the method of solid state reaction in high temperature with the best synthesis process, the phosphor performance has been showed by the SEM, emission spectrum and excitation specteum.2、Study on the other best synthesis process of BaLiB9O15:Eu3+red phosphor. The conclusion is: temperature programmed, with out of the reducibility atmosphere,0.06mol Eu3+BaLiB9O15:Eu3+red phosphor was synthesized by the method of solid state reaction in high temperature with the best synthesis process, the phosphor performance has been showed by the SEM, emission spectrum and excitation specteum.3、Improved the best synthesis process of Ba3Tb(BO3)3:Eu3+red phosphor on the basis of1, then the best synthesis process is:750℃,0.02mol Eu3’, temperature programmed.Ba3Tb(BO3)3:Eu3+red phosphor was synthesized by the method of solid state reaction in high temperature with the best synthesis process, the phosphor performance has been showed by the SEM, emission spectrum and excitation specteum. The synthesis process were proved to be the best one.
