The coastline is an important national land resources, and special land resources, and it isthe coastal development carirer. In recent years, with the development of the marine economy,the scope and scale of the use of coastal resources is expanding rapidly, some local casualoccupy the scarce resources of the coast, carry out large-scale land reclamation activities. Thoseactions not only caused a seirous waste of coastal resources, but also to the coastal naturalenvironment and ecosystem brought tremendous pressure.Qingdao has over730kilometers of coastline, shoreline resources occupied a pivotalposition in the urban development process. Xuejiadao is located in the eastern part ofHuangdaoDistirct,southwest coast of Jiaozhou Bay, east of Qingdao City across the sea, birefs theJiaozhou Bay portal, south to the Yellow Sea, north Huangdao former Bay Port. Its east, southand north three sides surrounded by the sea,54km of coastline. On basic tfinction evaluation ofthe shoreline, through science to determine the basic functions of the Coast, and thedevelopment of speciifc, highly operative the shoreline resource utilization program based onthe positioning of each tfinction of the basic tfinctions of the coast. Giving Ml play to theadvantage of coastline resources mateiral for Qingdao future development has greatsigniifcance.On the basis of predecessors had made about scienitifc research, around the coast offunctional evaluation of the main speciifc combination of Qingdao coastline Status and Xuejiadao Bay shoreline and marine resources in the status quo conduct Xuejiadao shoreline resourceswith SWOT analysis, objective, scientiifcally established shoreline tfinction evaluation system.Based on the reference shoreline resource evaluation of commonly used mathematical methods,combined with the shoreline tfinction-speciifc factors to be considered, select the ifizzy comprehensive evaluation method as a mathematical tool to establish an evaluation model;Finally, based on the principle of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,shoreline resources in Xuejiadao tfinctional evaluation of qualitative analysis into quantitativecalculation by the expert questionnaire survey methods combined with MATLAB sotfware tocalculate than the election of each program, and compare selected the best features ofsustainable development, in accordance with its dominant tfinction, as the standard, in pursuit ofa balance between the shoreline resources development and shoreline ecological environmentalprotection the target proposed shoreline Xuejiadao use of the proposed decision-making for therelevant departments to provide a scienitifc basis.
