The complex Senior regulation of eukaryotic gene expression process relates to a varietyof regulatory level, including the DNA level, the level of chromatin, as well as the level of thenucleus. The current research is no longer a single concern a certain level of regulation ofgene expression, and more concerned about a nuclear process coordinating role.SATB1iscurrently a hot research molecule. SATB1is a trans-acting element in the specific tissue cellspresent in eukaryotes. it through its own structural characteristics (including the DNA bindingdomain that can interact with DNA, and protein interaction region, as well as their owndimerization of PDZ domains), so that it can become a molecular bridge, assemble the spacedistance, similar or synergistic gene interaction with the nuclear matrix. SATB1can act as atranscription factor regulating gene expression, in order to be able to organize more than onegene cluster genetic makeup of a specific three-dimensional structure of chromatin, whichco-expression or suppression. High SATB1expression in lymphocytes with the ability todifferentiate, and is very important to the normal differentiation of lymphocytes. Recently, theresearch of SATB1mainly focus on the function of regulation of the gene expression. But,how does SATB1interact with nuclear matrix to adjust the SATB1’ modification is the fewstudies. Our research is to provide clues for solving this problem. Previous experimental resultsshow that SATB1in vitro with muscle actin interaction. further found that the role of actin inthe nucleus to regulate gene expression, the polymerization forms in the nucleus of the actin isunknown in our research also brought some difficulties. We use IL-2as a maker tested theSATB1changes in intracellular functions, found SATB1distribution is cooperated with actin. And the distribution of in the nucleus has a certain coherence and coordination impact SATB1acetylation, thus affect the function of the SATB1.
