In this thesis, we analyzed the observational data of Chandra X-ray Observatory on blazar3C273from2000to2012. Based on the power-law spectrum model which considers absorption on the X-ray by the interstellar medium and pileup effect, we respectively exacted the core and jet spectrum of22observations.We got the photon index, flux and count rate in X-ray band of2.0to10.0keV and other parameters of12years observation. We study the relationship of the jet and core photon index and flux by using the least square method fitting respectively. The linear fitting results of jet is△x2=0.695, the correlation coefficient of0.740, the slope of-1.395±0.285with the degrees of freedom is20.The results show that the X-ray emission of3C273jet has harder when brighter effect of photon index and flux. However for the core emission, the harder when brighter is in the range between4.184×l0-11and7.859×10-11ergs/sec/cm2. In the flux range between7.859×10-11and1.467×10-10ergs/sec/cm2, the spectrum has softer when brighter trend. This implies that the core emission mechanism is more complicated compared to the jet.
