Generalized Linear Latent Variable Modeling For Multi-Group Studies And Applycation

Latent variable is widely used in the study of psychology, medicine, education,economics,We intend to build a combined model of generalized linear models and latentvariable analysis models to study the multiple sets of samples, observed variables arenot only normal, continuous problems.The paper discussed when observing samplesfrom a number of research groups, and the diferent nature of the observed variables,howto use the generalized linear latent variable modeling to set up a model about of theobservational datas and how to estimate the parameters of the model.We will use theMonte Carlo EM algorithm to estimate the parameters of the model,and discuss theMonte Carlo EM algorithm convergence criteria,and use simulation to validate themodel and use an exmple of afecting college students’ level of physical health factorsto further verify the model and algorithm.
