This article mainly research several types of nonlinear dynamics properties of population dynamic system in space conditions. Several relevant problems attracting more and more attention in this field are discussed, and a series of important results are obtained in further research.The backgrounds and research status on spatiotemporal complexity in a space population system is introduced, and give some related concepts and lemma, for the subsequent part of the discussion provides a theoretical basis.First of all, the function with different reaction term space plankton model is studied in the theory and numerical. On the basis, using the linear stability analysis in the reaction diffusion system, we mathematically analyze the stability of the equilibrium points and the critical conditions of the Hopf bifurcation and the Turing bifurcation, and the space plankton system long-term dynamic behavior is simulated in the numerical. The simulation results fully show that the system has a very rich dynamics behavior. And it get the process produced by a reaction diffusion leads to pattern.Secondly, by introducing Allee effect, the change of the space population dynamics behavior is judged. The system stability of the equilibrium point is considered in introducing Allee effect before and after; the Allee effect lead to the stability of the parameters of the existing interval has a very big change, these changes were proved through the numerical simulation result. These results further help us better understand the predator-prey systems of phytoplankton-fish in the actual ecological environment.At last, through introducing replaceability diet and avoid, the space of the system dynamics behavior influence is researched; based on the stability of the equilibrium system analysis and the existence of travelling wave solutions is discussed through some theoretical results, and the results are verified in numerical simulation.
