Recently, with the development of the quantum information, the solid system has already been widely studied. The superconductive devices which include Josephson junction, Cooper and superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUID) are easier to control and expand than the cavity QED, ion trap and other systems. Superconducting circuit which includes the Josephson junction has become a hot spot in this field.This article designs to the model diagram of realizing quantum cloning and preparing quantum entanglement state by superconducting qubit and cavity interaction. The concrete content is as follows:1. Compared to cavity QED system, we implement the general quantum cloning and optimal1->3economic real state cloning via using different superconducting circuit.2. By coupling flux qubits to LC circuit, we can prepare multi-qubit one-dimensional cluster state in the solid-state circuit svstem.3. The entanglement of coherence states and entanglement of coherence and squeezed states have been achieved using the interaction of superconducting transmission line resonator (STLR) and nanomechanical resonator (NAMR).
