In this study, we used the2weeks to16weeks female kun-bai mice as experimentalanimal, and used technology of paraffin section preparation and Hematoxylin&Eosinstaining method to observe the histology of ovarian in different developmental stages indifferent weeks of mice after birth. Further moer,we researched the positioning andregularities of distribution of H1foo which in different weeks of ovarian tissue and differentfollicles in mice by immunohistochemistry. To discuss the possible function of H1foo inovarian growth and maturation of oocyte. The results showed that there were a large number of the primordial follicles when theywere2weeks, in4weeks the growing follicles increased gradually, and there were numbersof antral follicles formed, in6weeks, we could see the nearly mature follicle at the surface ofthe ovary at8weeks. There were the corpus luteum in the ovary, the volume of secondaryfollicles increased in10weeks in12-16weeks the characteristics of morphological of atreticfollicles were obvious and the development of vascular and interstitial gland in the medulla ofovary were richer. The immunoreactive reaction products of H1foo were also increased withthe increase of the numbers of weeks in mice after birth. The study found that H1foo wasmainly distributed in the primary follicles, secondary follicles and nearly mature folliclefollicles in ovary of mice, and it also could be detected in the original follicles, and the colorof the positive immunoreactive expression of H1foo in the nearly mature follicles wasstrongest. While positive reactions in the the primary follicles period and the original follicleswere relatively weak. The trend of immunoreactive reactants expression of H1foo in thedifferent stages of follicles were primordial follicles <primary follicles<secondary follicles<nearly mature follicles. The immunoreactive reaction products of H1foo mainly positioningin the cytoplasm and nuclearof oocyte. In addition, in the growing follicles of oocyte, corpusluteum and interstitial gland cells can also be seen weak or moderate coloration. The study have also compared the different stages of the estrous cycle in spontaneousestrus and synchronization estrus, which was aimed at discussing the function and meaningmaturation that oocyte in mice with H1foo which stimulated by hormone. The study found that mice were stimulated by exogenous hormones, in which the immunoreactive reactionproducts of H1foo in the different stages of the estrous cycle were more than the positiveimmunoreactive expressions of the H1foo in the different stages of the estrous cycle in naturalstage, and in metestrus which by hormone-treated the immunoreactive reaction products ofH1foo compered with the expression level of the ovary H1foo in natural metestrus, havesignificantly increased. The research results suggested that H1foo had played an important role in thedevelopment of follicle and maturity of oocyte.
