Groundwater recharge is using of engineering measures to transform surface water into the underground aquifer which is an artificial groundwater recharge mode. Groundwater recharge is the new topic of studying the regular pattern of surface water and groundwater artificial transformation in our country currently.Nearly30years, all countries in the world attache great importance to researching and exploring the groundwater recharge. They construct and operate the groundwater recharge engineering, which has received the good economic benefits and environmental benefits.lt plays a very important role in increasing the groundwater reserves and improving the groundwater environment. According to the ideas of the groundwater recharge, it researches using part of the adjustable abandoned water of the Luliang Wenyuhe reservoir to add the groundwater overdraft of the Xinghua alluvial fan in the downstream area with the technology of artificial recharge in the intersection of the mountains and plains in Luliang City of Shanxi Province. Through this will not only solve the comprehensive utilization of abandoned water reservoir, but also can control and remediation local overexploitation of groundwater problems.By comparing the existing water resources results,we can get the quantity of groundwater exploitation in the Xinghua alluvial fan;Through the water level of the observation wells in the overdraft region, the analysis of depression change of the cone, and over-exploitation coefficient method, we can study the level changes in overexploitation area and the development trend of the landing funnel, and through that we can get the changes in groundwater overdraft drainage space.Through the analysis of the use of waste water in Wenyuhe reservoir, the using of the annual runoff of the Wenyu River from1952to2007and under different guarantee rates in25%,50%,75%,95%, we can adjust and calculate the quantity of month abandoned water in Wenyuhe reservoir; According to the guarantee condition of the quantity of the month abandoned water in Wenyuhe reservoir, we can put forward the plan on the use of the abandoned water in Wenyuhe reservoir.By analyzing the hydrogeological conditions of the Xinghua alluvial fan,we propose the hierarchical supply alluvial fan groundwater:The first. In Anshang village,at the top of the Xinghua alluvial fan,we select the location of the shallow sandy gravel aquifer exposed on the surface to construct the project of the surface water infiltration and use gravity infiltration recharge shallow groundwater sources. Second. In Anshang village,at the top of the Xinghua alluvial fan selection of waste drilling as infiltration recharge wells,they supply to the deep groundwater of the Xinghua alluvial fan directly.It can use the moving distance, the space medium and stagnation time of the surface water in the aquifer to play the purpose of further improving water quality.Through the above research work,it can get the following conclusions:The first, judging from the groundwater level of the Xinghua alluvial fan,it is in a downward trend in total and rebound slightly, but not much.On the basis of maintaining the existing groundwater extraction,,it requires a long-term process if groundwater level restores to the original state.From the perspective of groundwater drawdown funnel,after nearly three decades of exploitation,, it is obvious that groundwater drawdown funnel expands.Compared the groundwater level chart of1985with the groundwater level chart of2011, we can see that the aquifer dewatering space is huge, as for the Xinghua alluvial fan groundwater overdraft,it is difficult to restore to its original state in the short term.Second, after a hydrological runoff design and adjustment calculation,it gets when the design assurance rate is95%,there is no abandoned water. In the general level of25%,50%,75%guaranteed rate, there will be abandoned water, and it mainly occurs between August to November. Third, through the analysis of hydrogeological conditions of Xinghua alluvial fan,it founds that the Xinghua Alluvial Fan unconfined aquifer distributed in Anshang Village, Nagata, FengHao Gou Cun, almond flowers village for axial zone.It speculates that the unconfined aquifer outcrops near the Anshang village which at the top of the alluvial fan.Confined aquifer is distributed in the shaft portion of the Xinghua alluvial fan. Fourth, the groundwater recharge study chooses between two ways to implement groundwater recharge. The first way is to construct surface water infiltration project where aquifer outcrops at the top of the alluvial fan.The second way is to use the reinjection wells recharge the deep aquifers.Fifth, according to the hydrogeological characteristics and the different hydrological years, after artificial groundwater recharge, the Xinghua Alluvial Fan water table rise greatly.
