Atom and molecule physics is developed rapidly because of the realization of the laser cooling and trapping atoms in the end of the eighties of last century. Lots of new methods and new technology are appeared in research of atom and molecule physics. At present, the formation of ultracold polar molecules and related research becomes the hot research field in atom and molecule physics. Ultracold polar molecules have important application in quantum information and quantum computing because they have the permanent electronic dipole moments and easily controlled by extra field. The high density ultracold Rb atoms and Cs atoms are obtained in double dark MOT using the laser cooling and trapping atoms. The ultracold RbCs molecules are formed by photoassociation. The ultracold RbCs molecules are detected by resonance enhance double photons ionization technology. The spectrum of ultracold RbCs molecules also studied. The main works are as following,1The ultracold Rb atoms and ultracold Cs atoms are obtained using the dark MOT technology. The ultracold Rb atoms density is about3×1011/cm3and the temperature is about150μK. The ultracold Cs atoms density is about6×1011/cm3and the temperature is about100μK. The collisional loss between the ultracold atoms is decreased and the ultracold atoms densities are increased.2The temperature of ultracold Cs atoms is reduced using the polarization gradient cooling. Foundation of formation of high density RbCs molecules is established.3The ultracold RbCs molecules are formed using the photoassociation. The ultracold RbCs molecules are detected by resonance enhance double photons ionization technology. The yield of ultracold RbCs molecules is about104/s.4The high-resolution vibrotational spectrum of ultracold RbCs molecules which belong to (2)0+,(3)0-,(2)0-molecular States are obtained. The information of vibroational levels are also studied.
