In this paper, a malaria transmission model transmitted by vector (mosquito) is formulated and analyzed, this model incorporates two different physiological stages:bite human and lay egg. The disease can be transmitted by the mosquito when they are in the stage of bite human. The explicite ex-pression of the threshold R*, which determine the extinction and persistence of the vector (mosquito), and the basic reproduction number Ro are given. The existence conditions of the the trivial steady state, non-trivial steady state of the vetor, the disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium are presented. The local stabilities of the equilibria are discussed. The existence conditions of the back-ward bifurcation are also given.
