The development and utilization of ocean waves is an important way to solve the problem of remote coastal and island area without electric power, but the most important issue of ocean energy utilization is to improve the conversion efficiency of the wave energy device. Laboratory testing and analysis of the conversion efficiency of the device physics model can be a basis for the improvement and optimization of the design of system, it can make conversion efficiency of the system to achieve ideal expected value. For evaluating the conversion efficiency of the device model, we need to input analog energy to wave energy conversion device through the servo motor, and set measurement sensors in the key position. We can collect the data of pressure, flow, speed and torque by the measurement sensors, and then analyze the conversion efficiency of the device. The implementation of this project can provide the scientific method for the test of the energy conversion efficiency of wave energy devices, and analyze the factors of affecting the conversion efficiency to provide scientific basis for improvement and optimization of the wave energy device.In this paper, a specific design method is presented to meet the requirement of data acquisition and analysis and motion control system, which includes the design of data acquisition and analysis program and motion control program. Data acquisition system inputs the measurement data acquired by the pressure, flow sensor and dynamic torque sensor into computer through the Data Acquisition Card, and displays it in the forms of digital and curve way. The test platform adopts the servo motor to drive the swinging hydraulic cylinder, through the Motion Control Card controls servo motor to simulate different forms of wave energy. The design of data acquisition and analysis program uses a single document of multi-interface form, enabling an application with different functions, this paper details the programming method and gives the key code. On the introduction of the motion controller, the design of motion control program is detailed description, and this program can control servo motor to run at a given trajectory, which is proved by experiments.
