| This paper has focused on the phenomenon of increasing scarcity of energy supply, designand research a kind of contra-rotating power generating devices of marine energy. It has lots ofadvantages such as: small size, high power output, flow stability, etc. For the problem of fatiguecracks about the blade parts due to vibration, using Simulation and CFX two modules, whichare integrated in finite element software ANSYS Workbench, to make vibration analysis offluid-structure interaction for the blade.The main work is as follows:1) Design the main structure of contra-rotating tidal turbine according to the theory and theactual working conditions, then use the three-dimensional modeling software pro/e to modalthe whole structure of the turbine2) Make numerical simulation on the flow field of the turbine under CFX module,simulated the dynamics of the flow static pressure, get the affecting scope of it and flowpressure of the machine.3) Using Simulation modules to establish the finite element model of the machine and itsflow field, and make fluid-structure interaction analysis for it. Use parametric language APDLto load the flow pressure automatically. Obtain static stress of the machine under differentconditions.4) Take use of ANSYS Workbench software to make wet model analysis on the blade ofthe turbine, get the natural frequency and vibration mode in water. and make harmonic responseanalysis of the blade based on it, get the vibration displacement, velocity and acceleration of thekey point.The results show that the largest force occurred at the blade root, the interaction ofdynamic and static stress is the main cause of blade damage occurred. |
