Ever since doubly charmonium baryon (?)cc+was observed by the SELEX collaboration, the doubly heavy baryons (?)QQ’ have become quite popular in high energy physics. The study of the doubly heavy baryons (?)QQ’ will not only be a good test for perturbative QCD (pQCD) and nonrelativistic QCD (NRQCD), but also be a key to understand the enigmatic doubly heavy baryon family.Within the framework of NRQCD, we present a detailed discussion on doubly heavy baryon production through the e+e-annihilation channel,e+e→γ/Z0→(?)QQ’+Q+Q’,at high luminosity e+e-colliders. Here Q’ stands for the heavy b or c quark. In addition to the channel through the usually considered diquark state(QQ’)[3S1]3, contributions from the channels through other equally important di quark states such as(QQ’)[1S0]are also discussed. Uncertainties for the total cross sections are predicted by taking mc=1.80±0.30GeV and mb=5.10±0.40GeV. What’s more, the transverse momentum (pt) and rapidity (y) distribution of all the production channels at√S=m7have been discussed. At the super-Z factory running around the Z0mass and with a high luminosity L∞1034cm-s-1, we estimate that about6.5×104(?)cc events,1.6×105(?)bc events and7.2×103(?)bb events can be generated in one operation year. And when ILC runs at the Z0peak, the events of the same doubly heavy baryon are0.7times of that at the super-Z factory. In addition, at the super-Z factory, we estimate7.44×103(?)cc+events via (?)cc+→Λc+K-π+decay mode, and2.06×104(?)cc+events via (?)cc+→pD+K-in one operation year. Thus, such high luminosity super-Z/ILC factory will provide a good platform for studying doubly heavy baryons in a manner comparable to the CERN Large Hadron Collider.
