In this thesis, preparation of titanate and TiO2nano-films by Hydrothermal Synthesis. By selecting different precursors, mineralizer and temperature conditions, to find titanate nano-films growth better conditions. Then, studying on photocatalytic performance of TiO2nano-films, which got the from acidification and heat treatment of titanate nano-films.In a temperature of80℃, with Ti(OH)4as the precursor, adding NaOH, KOH as mineralizers, uniformly mixed, in the reaction of10h, titanate nano-films were synthesized; using TiO2as the precursor, adding NaOH, KOH as mineralizers, uniformly mixed, in the reaction of24h, titanate nano-films were synthesized; using TiCl3as the precursor, adding NaOH, KOH as mineralizers, and under the condition of TiCl3slowly drip into the mineralizers, in the reaction of56h, titanate nano-films were synthesized. Using Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM), Electron diffraction(ED) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) characterization of their morphology and structure, by the analysis of the generated samples were films, in which the solution way of TiCl3slowly added dropwise into50ml of10mol/L NaOH and3mol/L KOH generated the sample forming shape is best.Using TiO2as the precursor, adding NaOH, KOH as mineralizers, the with fill factor was68%, in the reaction temperature of150℃for24h, titanate nano-films were synthesized; and then its undergoes acidification and heat treatment to obtain TiO2nano-films, Using transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) characterization of their morphology and structure. Test the photocatalytic activity of TiO2found that the synthetic TiO2nano-films were degradation of the methylene blue, and with increasing temperature, the photocatalytic efficiency increased. The experimental results show that the synthesis of TiO2nano-films, which was synthesised under the condition of200℃, the photodegradation activity was close to commercially available P25.
