Study On The Problem Of The Internal Environment Of Opencast Coai Mining Cost Of Typical Arid Desert Area

Exploitation of coal resources in China has long been facing severe ecological and environmentalprotection issues, the environmental costs of coal mining has long been neglected. With China’s rapideconomic development, social demand for energy is growing fast. Quasi-East coalfield as the world largestintegrated coalfield, as soon as its historical development has become an inevitable choice, how to achievea sustainable future become mine management is the key. Zhundong Wucaiwan is a typical arid desertregion, fragile ecological environment in mining areas, water scarcity, natural ecosystem resilience veryweak, the paper aligned East Wucaiwan mine through internalization of environmental costs of research, asa typical open-pit coal mining desert ecological and environmental protection propose appropriate policyrecommendations.Internalization of environmental costs is capitalized into the environmental resources of coalproduction costs, the full cost of coal. Internalization of environmental costs is to achieve coordinateddevelopment of mining environment and an important means of economic, but also environmental andeconomic benefits to promote coordination of mining an important way, this article specifically discussedthe following points:Part I: Theoretical Summary section, summarize and analyze the existing domestic and internationalresearch internalization of environmental costs overview, introduce the relevant theories for this study openthe internalization of environmental costs of coal mining provide a theoretical basis.Part II: An empirical analysis through in-depth investigation and analysis of mine, understand localsocial development and environmental problems in mining areas, and then design the two questionnaires,on the basis of analysis of mining of coal resources in the process of internalization of environmental costsand loss of driving factors, and ultimately the formation of mining resources exploitation internalization ofenvironmental costs and the loss factor of the decision diagram analysis chart.
