With the explosion of the global financial crisis in2008, various countries and areas aresubject to different degrees of sweep. Since then, the major powers are looking for neweconomic transformation modes to resume the economic, which causes the conventional energydemand rising sharply. As a result, the internal and external environment of Sino-Africaeconomic cooperation change greatly, which brings about some new challenges to Sino-Africaneconomic cooperation in the post financial crisis era. Because the global strategic position ofAfrica which rich in resource is improving rapidly. And the major powers are competing forintresets in Africa fiercely. The persistent development of Sino–Africa economic cooperationcould be affected if the challenges aren’t solved timely and effectively. So, it is necessary totake Sino-African economic cooperation in the post financial crisis era as a studying object andto propose some suggestions aim at improving health and sustainable development ofSino-Africa economic cooperation.The research indicates there are some advantages on Sino-African economic cooperationin the post financial crisis era, especially mutual interests demand promotes further cooperation.However,various challenges would be faced in the cooperation process, such as obstructionsboth that African security situation acting on investment environment and Africa’sself-development ability, cultural differences between china and Africa and great power game.So, it macroscopically determines the strategic orientation of promoting cooperation. It focus onmutual interests demand between Africa and China to further the cooperation, and base on theForum on China-Africa Cooperation, exploring new ways of international multilateralcooperation with African. Expecting to give a more powerful impetus to promote Sino-Africaeconomic cooperation.
