| Our country is becoming more and more supportive for the cultural industry for the past10years. It persists in supporting the culture industry vigorously, and promotes its development and prosperity. The strategic position of cultural industry is becoming higher and higher in recent years, which has become the pillar industry of our national economy. The art market is developing rapidly among all these cultural industries. More and more individuals and institutional investors invest their money into the art market. Now compared with the stagnant housing market and the stock market, the art investment market is more popular far beyond them, and it is diversifying financial products gradually, such as art fund, art trust, art financial products and so on. Under this trend, it is of great significance for us to study and analyze the art market financialization investment style.This paper selects two kinds of investment ways-----the art trust and art share trading and compares them with each other. The filth chapter of this paper utilizes the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, and selects the price of works of art, industry development situation, and investors’ expectations as the internal cause, meanwhile, selects economy, politics, and culture, as the external cause. Then this paper utilizes the above six factors as parameters and compares them with each other. First of all, the author uses the single factor analysis method of the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to assign a value analysis on each factor’s influence on art trust and art share trading, and judges whether it is trending up or trending down. Then the six factors are plugged into the functions to judge the development trend of this kind of investment way using comprehensive analysis method. Finally, we can draw the conclusion that the development trend of art trust products of art is better than art share trading.While carrying on the theoretical analysis, this paper also adopts the spot investigation method. The author chooses to carry on the on-the-spot investigation and research at Shandong Trust Corporation. The research is mainly in the form of interviewing the trust business managers and buyers, and gets the information of art product research and development, operation and wind control of the company. In chapter6, the author selects two art trust plans which are researched, developed and set up in2012to do the case analysis, combining with the research data to introduce the theme in detail.By comparing theory method in this article and elaborating the field research, we can draw the conclusion that the development maturity of art trust products is stronger than the art share trading. As a kind of financial innovation, at present, the market has not yet had the mature conditions for art share trading. But with the development of the market, with the perfection of laws and regulations, we will have this kind of investment pattern space for development in the future. Compared with the art share trading, art trust is developing steadily and trending up. |
