| Because of the current situation and problems of Chinese land acquisition procedures,i explore the Land property rights system and land expropriation compensation system of Germany in this paper.in order to fill the gaps in the study of The system land expropriation of German in China.and provide lessons for us.From my study.i find that the settlement of mortgage and land debt in German is worth to draw lessons from.And in the settlements of land acquisition procedures.land compensation and the compensation for the loss of land rights becuaue of the land acquisition are there many are worthy of our study and use for reference. |
