Especially from the1970’s, the unstable exchange rate was implemented, unexpected risk inceasese, risk of foreign money is inceares too and leads to the risk of exchange occurring, finally the culture of interprises was infuerenced.And the risk of enterprises of audit increases,profit of enterprises decreased.Any enterprises involed in international trade is influenced by the fluctuation exchange rate " and interest rate and any enterprise is influenced by the change of international or civi l’interest change. Rate of the exchange and interest can cause the insurerance effect of enterprise’foreign exchange income and expenses and debt and may lead to the vase cost for the enterprises.Chinese airlines arc mostly engaged in international business. Due to the business of buy ing airplanes、materials and aviation fuel cost、foreign debt, civil aviation airlines involed in more risk of rate of exchange and interest.So airlines should pay more attention to the management of rate of exchange and interest.They should adjust themselves’debt、holding of foreign exchange、scientlly choose the money kind and make a fine mode of paying. Finally, they should make a method and system of risk management and prevent.So, in this paper we look back to the Risk of exchange and interest what civil aviation airlines faces, search for the reason and analyse combined with the cases in our life and puts forward some risk prevel method and advice and blue print we should adopted.
