A large number of enterprises have settled in Songjiang, provides a historic opportunity for development of the industry to the hotel industry, but also created a large number of Econo Hotels with the main customers of Migrant workers. The continuous development of the central and western regions attracted a large number of returning migrant workers. This change leaded to fierce competition of Econo Hotel industry in eastern area with the main customers of Migrant workers. Foreign leaders and domestic large chain hotels all went to the central and western regions to open stores, but the small Econo Hotel Lacking of financial strength can only be weak. The many owners and operators need to think about how to improve the efficiency by means of marketing in the limited resources.In this study, we use the A Hotel located in Songjiang industrial zone as an example, the first A hotel background brief introduction, and then systematically analyzes A hotel marketing environment, PEST analysis, industry analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis, internalanalysis and using SWOT analysis to find the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, to find A hotel marketing breakthrough. Then conduct market research of the opportunity, analysis of the actual market value of the opportunity. STP analysis to give clear positioning, and finally puts forward A hotel marketing strategy. This study provides theoretical guidance for the future development of the A hotel, at the same time have a certain reference for the development of hotel-like.
