Since the reform and opening-up, especially after China joined WTO, the China’s air transportation industry has made considerable development, and China is now the" aviation big country" live up to its name. But with the development of international trade and the improvement of people’s living standards, Chinese air transportation industry is facing tremendous opportunity and challenge. Now, the competition of air transportation industry is so intense that many airline take low-cost operating strategy. But facing intense market competition situation, the low cost competition strategy for the development of airlines is more and more limited, and exacerbates the malignant competition industry. Improving customer satisfaction so as to strengthen customer loyalty has become the direction of the development of civil aviation industry.Being a well-known domestic airline, XX airline plays a very key role in the domestic air transport industry. Taking it as the object of study to find out the problems existing in our country civil aviation industry development, and putting forward the measures to improve customer loyalty, not only help XX airline show its talent in the competition, but also promote the development of aviation carrying trade to a certain extent. The paper plays a good reference role for the development of the domestic air transport industryThis article mainly carries on from several aspects including that service quality, customer satisfaction, switching cost, consumption experience, attractiveness, brand image and so forth. The article elaborates the problems and comes up with solutions.There is still much room for XX airline to improve its customer loyalty. To enhance the customer loyalty, XX airline need follow the following strategies:first of all, improving service quality and building brand advantages; Second, strengthening the communication with customers; Third, increasing customer switching costs; Forth, improving customers’total value; Fifth, establishing a unique corporate value; Sixth, dealing with customers’complaints in time.Research results show that:putting the customer in the center and enhancing the customer loyalty is essential for the development of enterprises. Increasing customer loyalty can not only help enterprises obtain continuing profit, but also reduce the cost, and realize the value of the company. According to different industries and different characteristics, enterprises need choose the corresponding strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
