Research On The Innovative Price Formation Mechanism Of Water Exploited By Agricultural In Heilongjiang Province

Therefore, the study ofagricultural water price formation mechanism, not only the national water resources optimalallocation of urgent needs, but also in our province,"thousands of tons of food engineering" urgentneed to increase production.This study are of great significance from the theoretical level and apractical level.The purpose of this paper is to establish the market of macroeconomic regulationand control of agricultural water price formation mechanism, while it design tools ofmacro-control to make the agricultural water prices to reflect the leverage, and improve theoptimal allocation of water resources.This article is based on a theory of property rights and cooperation in economic theory, whichis for solving the problem of price formation mechanism in Heilongjiang.First, using the method ofdocumentary research and investigation combined to determine the wording of ideas.Secondly,based on the reality of the plight of building a "government+WUA+farmers" mode and staticanalysis and dynamic analysis combined with the method, design Heilongjiang Provinceagricultural water price formation mechanism, including the form of pricing, price managementmethod, the price of water markets and other content.
